 We’re Paul and Jennifer Mimms, founders of The Andover Group LLC here in Columbus, Ohio. More importantly, we’re a family married in 2022 and recently blessed with our daughter. As a family business, we bring a long-term perspective, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to strengthening the community we call home. Together, we are committed to continuing the success of a business while investing in its future growth.

After more than a decade in corporate leadership and marketing roles, we chose a different path: to acquire and steward a local business that makes a real impact in people’s lives and in our community. Paul brings experience leading teams, managing budgets, and driving operational success in both large and small businesses. Jennifer adds her expertise in marketing and strategy, with a strong background in building customer relationships and growth programs. Together, we’re committed to using our skills to support employees, serve customers well, and carry forward the legacy of the business we acquire.
